Supper Club - Pork Feast by Grate Catering
This is a special one-off supper club run and hosted by Southsea's very own Norm & Iris from Grate Catering. This fabulous duo will be cooking up and serving a three course banquet, plus a drink on arrival, with every course featuring some incredible pork in one way or another.
Grate Catering pride themselves on using only local responsibly sourced free-range pork, and they are masters of innovation when it comes to the cooking.

For obvious reasons, this supper club is only suitable for those who eat pork. Please make us aware of any other dietary requirements at the time of booking.
Salads & Dressings Workshop
Learn to make two gorgeous salads, whilst learning to mix salad dressings to perfection, combining seasonal colours, flavours and textures and brush up on good knife skills. You will make two separate salads to sit and enjoy at the end of the class, or box up and take home.
Filled Pasta Making Workshop
Make fresh pasta dough from scratch and make two fresh pasta fillings. We will then roll, fill and shape our pasta. Cook and eat your pasta at the shop, or take it away to cook and serve at home. This is a 100% vegetarian class. Not suitable for those with intolerance to wheat/gluten.
Greek Souvlaki Workshop
Learn to make greek flatbreads from scratch, make your own meat or halloumi skewers, tzatziki and tomato salad. Cook together and finish by eating your meal, along with a glass of wine or soft drink.
Thai Fishcakes & Noodle Salad
In this workshop, we will make Thai-style fishcakes from scratch, make a zesty fragrant noodle salad, and you can then sit and enjoy your meal with a glass of wine, or take it away to enjoy at home.
Bagel Making Workshop

Jack will take you through the full Bagel making process from making the dough yourselves to then rolling, boiling and baking your own Bagels to take home for breakfast in the morning!"

They will take you through the whole process of making, pressing and cooking your own fresh corn tortillas; show you how to make tangy salsas and toppings alongside a meat filling to complete your own taco flavour explosion. Greek Feast Supper Club
Daniel from Southsea Deli will be cooking up and serving three courses of his favourite - traditional Greek country cooking.
Think generous Mezze, salads, slow cooked lamb, family style side dishes and a zesty Greek dessert. Vegetarian and vegan options also available - please advise at time of booking.
A complimentary welcome drink will be served on arrival, and wines and beers will be available to purchase throughout the evening.

Learn to make perfect classic French style profiteroles. In this workshop you will make choux pastry from scratch. You will then make classic French creme pat, before filling and then topping with milk chocolate sauce. You'll enjoy some on the evening, and go home with a box to share with others.
